Does such a program exist? Besides Trillian, which doesn't support Google Talk.

Google Talk uses the Jabber protocol, and thus you can add it to Trillian.

Pidgin. Used to be Called "Gaim." It's been my favorite for quite some time. I switched from Trillian to it.

What is Pidgin?
Pidgin is a multi-protocol Instant Messaging client that allows you to use all of your IM accounts at once.
Pidgin can work with:
AIM
Bonjour
Gadu-Gadu
Google Talk
Groupwise
ICQ
IRC
MSN
MySpaceIM
QQ
SILC
SIMPLE
Sametime
XMPP
Yahoo!
Zephyr
Besides, This is Cross Platform, so you can use it in both Linux and Windows.

Pidgin's a great option too. It was always more stable than Trillian for me anyway.

You can try Star Messenger.
