You're probably thinking, "what the hell is with that title?" Well it refers to a specific genre of technical metal that many people enjoy, know as "djent". The phrase was first coined by one of Meshugga's guitarists to describe the guitar tone. It is also called "Progressive Metal".
Anyway...
Does anybody but me enjoy this type of metal? If so who are your favourite band?
My favourite band is FELLSIL3NT, who broke up in 2010. I managed to get hold of a copy of their only album, it's awesome.
My other favourites are Monuments, TesseracT, Destiny Potato, Stealing Axion and Vildjharta.
