So I've always had a unhealthy worry of my body hair. I've been worried about my leg hair and arm hair all the time. I feel like my leg hair is unattractive. Originally I find leg hair attractive but on other guys. I also feel like my arm hair is unattractive on me, but on other guys its attractive (I find). I've heard the usual "Your a guy, you should have body hair" and "Dont be ashamed of it, embrace it" or "Then shave it off". I would shave my arm hair, but when I do, I dont let anyone look at my arms and I dont let them touch them. I wouldn't ever shave my legs. What do I do to stop my worrying? Also, when I reach across the table at school, I'm worried that the guy or girl sitting next to me will think "Eww gross" about my arm hair. I dont even have that much of visible arm hair. From my vision viewpoint, I can see it and it seems really dark and noticeable. But when I look in the mirror, its almost invisble. First off, do other guys and girls think "eww gross" about my arm hair when I reach across them? Secondly, which viewpoint do I trust, from my personal vision viewpoint or looking at my body hair through the mirror?

You shouldn't worry about your body hair to this extent. Everyone has or will have body hair, and it's nothing abnormal. Just as you find the hair to be attractive on other guys, maybe other people find it attractive on you! :) You shouldn't worry. I'm 15 and I have hair all over the place, I shave it every once in a while (when I go to the beach mostly or whatever), but I don't mind having body hair. Hope this helps!

Feeling self-concious about your body is natural. While you look in the mirror and think "Ew, gross", other people probably look at you and pay no mind to it.
If you're uncomfortable or unhappy with the appearance of your body hair, your options are actually quite limited. You can take measures to remove it, but that's really just about all you can do, unfortunately.

Now that you mention that, I'm a little chubby and that bothers me... But not so much...

I like my hair .. If anyone says it looks weird, use it to your advantage as a joke. Theyll end up liking you more for accepting it and being able to laugh it off. Besides, other people are probz used to your hair, and or have seen worse.

Trust me, I've been the same way my whole life. My arms and legs give me the most trouble because those are what people can see in normal clothes. My arms and legs have so much hair it's almost like having fur. Really the best thing you can do it just act comfortable with it. Don't make it seem like you're paying any attention to it and that will let people know it doesn't bother you. You'll always be judged by some people honestly, for either having too much or too little hair. It's best to really try not to let it bother you and pretend it isn't there at all.

yeah trust me i got hair really young, i was very self conscious about it at first... and hair always seems to look darker thicker from your own viewpoint that it does to others. The best way to get over it is to just put it out there... go somewhere with a t-shirt and shorts, somewhere public with a lot of people where there is nowhere to hide... it sounds scary, but it works. once you get out there and get used to it you wont even think about your hair, and when you realize what you did it will feel pretty sweet.

I agree with HolyHooker.
I have a fair amount of body hair I shave it or use hair remover.
