ok i am so embaresed i feel so bad she asks me to dance with her and i dont know how slow danceing at least but i dont know....... what do i do

i remember when i was in your exact position here....
i was never a good dancer and i still am not... and neither is my boyfriend which is why we laugh at eachother when we do dance together

anyways theres really nothing to it.. its a slow dance right?
if so all you do is hold her by her waist and she puts her arms around you and you just slowly move back and forth around in circles atleast thats how i learned
otherwise if you dont feel comfortable and dont want to embarass yourself i would pull her aside and privately talk to her. tell her your feelings about dancing and who knows maybe if shes kind enough she will teach you :)

YouTube will have many videos for you to watch about slow dancing. It's quite easy to do and all you have to do is what kenzie said ( I'm not going to repeat it because it's already been said
