so im not sure how many people there are out there who are experiencing what i am.... i am wondering if anybody on here experiences tingles, chills, goosebumps etc whenever you hear a certain sound, watch a certain sound from a movie, hear someone hit a certain music note....... getting your back tickled etc....
well i have only recently discovered what this is...
for all people who have wanted to know what this feeling is and if it is normal it is perfectly normal and it is called ASMR(autonomous,sensory,meridian, response. it is quite an amazing feeling. i have bettled this weird feeling my entire life.. and only recently did my questions get answered

this channel(posted below) is what started my real triggers. her name is maria. she is from russia. she is one of my favourite people of the asmr community and i had the opportunity of speaking with her a few weeks ago after be subscribed to her youtube channel for so long..
