So I like this girl, and I think she likes me too. Sometimes I find myself looking at her, or look up and catch her looking at me. Sometimes I see things, and I know she would like it, or hear a song I know she would like. We have a lot of the same thoughts and ideas, a work together as a team really well. I feel like I know her really well, it's just she is a really good friend, and I wouldn't want to make things awkward between us if I asked her out and she rejected me. It's not that I fear her rejection, I fear what may happen to our relationship if she is weirded out by me after I ask her out. Sometimes I also feel like she deserves better than me. What should I do? Leave her be, or ask her out?

sounds like you have a tough choice on your hands...
but if you guys see eye to eye then maybe its worth a shot
if she turns you down pretend it never happened and go back to the way things were. forget about it..... and think of something off topic to make up for it...
good luck.. hope it works out

I have been and went through this situation. Its a very tough decision, and I feared the same thing as you do. Just ask her out. If it does become awkward because of rejection, make sure you let her know that you still care of your friendship with her. Keep talking to her, and doing whatever its is you do, and just stuff like that. You never know until you try, so best of wishes. If you want to talk about it or whatever, just hit me up. I will try and possibly help or give advice.
