Knowing Disney, they might do an OK job with the movies themselves, but the thing I'm really concerned with is how they'll react to future fanworks involving Star Wars. Disney is infamous for suing the crap out of people who make fan works based on their properties, and Star Wars is one of those franchises where the fans have actually contributed a lot through their creations based on the intellectual property.
Even though this will probably never happen, I would love to see another group do a hostile takeover of Disney, and end their blatant abuse of the system through which intellectual property rights are enforced. I would love to see them take a similar approach to how Hasbro deals with My Little Pony fanworks; turn a blind eye to the legal aspects, and congratulate the creators of the fanworks for their admiration of the franchises they base their works on.

It won't suck. There's no way they could do worse than what George Lucas has done with it the past 15 years (and he created the originals, yet the prequels still sucked.)
Everyone will like it, since the expectations are so low.

The main film series was over until Disney bought it. If the new films suck, then nothing will change.
I wonder how many of the people complaining about how much this deal is going to suck enjoyed The Avengers. Marvel Studios is owned by Disney. The Avengers was 50 times better than the most recent Star Wars trilogy, so fans should really be thanking their lucky stars. Plus George Lucas is working on the films as creative consultant, so he has some say in how the films turn out. Not to mention that the director of X-Men: First Class is rumoured to have pulled out of the X-Men sequel to work on this, and XM:FC was amazing. This deal is probably the best thing to happen to the Star Wars franchise since the 80's.
