No, most girls do not care about penis size, I think if you look through enough of the threads similar to the one you just made, you'll find that most girls truly don't care about that.

If it means anything though, then yes, that is definitely above average for 13, and you still have plenty of time to grow, the adult average is 5-6 inches, you could very possibly be above that average by the time you're done growing :)

Honestly, it depends. If the girl really cares about you, size is only a number. But if you are deciding to have sex with some girl, make that moment very special.
