Penis Size

Ok, so I have some friends that say my other friend has a big penis. How do you think they know this (do you think he says it or they may have seen it) and do you think they are talking about his penis hard or soft? Any answers are welcome.

He probably told them he does and they believe it, but he could be telling the truth, i'm not sure.
Most teens though do lie and exaggerate their penis size because it makes them feel superior to have a bigger one than somebody else, they're just lying to themselves though.

So just be proud of whatever size you have, and just know that since you're only 13 you still have plenty of time to grow.
