Hi! I've asked a lot of quesitons about weight loss before, but never really got good answers, so Imma ask here. :)
I am 5'8" tall, and I weight 153 pounds exact. I'm not overweight. My BMI is 23.3. But yet, I still have a little fat, around my stomach, and my sides. Not a lot, but some. In fact, I look really skinny and muscular. :D (I am though. XD)
What kind of diet/workout should I do to lose weight? I'm constantly given junk food, or at least unhealthy food. And I'm a horrible, terrible runner. No stamina. :P I can do tons of situps, prisoner squats, etc. NO running, please!! I can barely run a half mile.
So how do I lose weight? :) Tips, advice, opinions? Thank you!
