Hey everyone.
My hair for some reason is starting to fall. This happened when i went to an indoor pool with my friends. We stayed like 2 hours in the pool and then got out and each one of us showered in our own spot. We used John Frieda shampoo and conditioner because its really healthy. I don't now whats up but my hair is staring to fall a lot. I went to the doctor and he was like your hair is perfectly fine but he doesn't understand, my hair used to be soooo thick and pretty. What do you guys think and are there any tips. And by the way im 15 if it matter (so nobody says its pubertyy).

either A) your possibly allergic to chloregne(idk if thats how its spelled) basically its the chemicals in the pool
or B) the shampoo you used developed sensitivity on your scalp and your hair has come loose. if i were you i would try switching brands maybe pantene pro-v and put a little bit of tea tree oil in it. this will help keep your roots strong and prevent breakage and hair loss. i use it on my hair and my hair is nice and voluptuous and has a nice thick body to it
EDIT: have you dyed your hair recently??

getting highlights shouldnt affect the overall health of your hair especially if its not that often. i bleach my hair and i take the proper precautions so i dont lose all my hair. i use tea tree all year round. keeps your hair nice and healthy even during those cold winter months. all you need (depending on your bottle size) is anywhere between 13-20 drops
