everyone i know, seems to know exactly what they plan to do after high school. "im going to be a Vet!" or " I plan on working for awhile, then ill go to college!" literally EVERYONE!....except me. ya sure i have dreams as to what i wanna be when i grow up and all. but im not sure which one to choose.
id like to do something that lets me be artistic. like tattoo artist. i really wanna do this, because it would give me the chance to do something i love everyday!
Or
Id like to go into Child Protective services. Because i grew up really fast in a druggy home. being the oldest of my sisters and cousin i had to grow up fast to take care of the responsibilities that came with them kids. i hated seeing my mom the way she was, and how much it effected my sisters. everyday of my life i wanted to run away from all of it. but i knew i had to be there and be the one to show love and support for my family. I hated( well still do) my childhood.
So id like to be someone who is able to help any/all kids that are stuck in situations that are like that. so its be super meaningful to do.

WHICH DO I CHOOSE?

I'm really sorry to hear that you had(have) a tough child hood/growing up. I think that you are only 15 and you have so much time to decide what you want to be. I have no idea what I want to do as an adult. It's okay not to know yet. You are still very young. But it's good to have some ideas which you do. :D

First of all, I want to say that you really don't need to pick your path until your senior year or so. You have more time than you think you do. But also, statistics show that most people change their major 3 times in college. So those people who are saying "I'm going to be a vet!"? Yeah, they might be a vet, but chances are they'll end up going down a different path. In college, you start learning a lot of new things and you really find out your interests and begin to discover what you want to do with the rest of your life. That's why they have basic courses in college, which is what most people take their first year--to give some leniency in the timeframe of when you have to be set in a major, to give a certain basis of knowledge to everyone, and to allow people to experience new things that they may have never heard of, but really find they enjoy. You're young, you don't have to know your life plan yet--and chances are, even if you make your life plan, it won't go how you planned it. Life is funny like that.

You don't have to pick right now. If think you want to go to college, pick a major that interests you, you can change later.

If you don't think you should go to college, then you can do what ever your heart desires.
