So everytime I go in my schools locker room and any public locker room i try to be as naked as possible so i can get my brain to get used to being naked and relize that its not that bad but everytime i go to do that i get a bonor and i dont want anyone seeing that so i hide it and then i get changed and leave and never really feel what its like to be naked in public... Leave me a commer telling me what i can do to solve my prob. Thanks

But I only jerk off in the shower once or twice a month because it takes a long ass time to finish and it drains you of basically all of your energy.

agree with what was said about practicing....it's pretty normal to be naked in a locker/shower room....and you have to feel relaxed in order NOT to get hard all the time...I still do, but I love being naked and don't hide it much its a natural reaction....

yea keep practicing
and when you actually are naked in there with other guys you'll be too nervous to get a hard on. the opposite might happen in fact LOL

Just keep practicing like you are. The more you do it the easier it becomes. You might try just letting 1 or 2 see you openly naked. When you get used to that move up to more. Soon you won't think anything about it.

Just keep trying to go for longer times of nudity, and eventually you'll get used to it :D

I'm exactly the same as you, At home I'm fine but when I go in changing rooms even the thought of it makes me hard. But, I am learning to stop firstly by showering in boxers (which I could do anyway, but doing it more regularly) and then when I am drying with a towel being really open and occassionally taking it off to make it more comfortable (showing everything). I really wish I was bought up in a nudist environment, it would make things much easier. I guess I can do that for my children if they want...

For me, people seeing me naked is a huge turn on. I doubt I could ever get used to it. :l

Mostly for me it's a big turn off... Old men who are wrinkly, sweaty and not exactly the most toned people in the world arn't exactly what I like.... Even for some people my age

Did I say anything about wrinkly sweaty old guys? Obviously it'd be more exciting to be around guys I am attracted to. That being said, if there were toned guys with hairy chests and beards................
I wouldn't be able to control my erections. @

This will help a lot, the more you do it the more used to it you'll get. And don't be embarrassed if you get a boner. It's not a big deal.

Its not gay to get erections though, I think I get them just because I was growing up with friends who tried to cover up.

It's just because the 'danger' turns you on as you get more and more used to it you will get better
