So I have this big spanish project where we have to bring in a Mexican dish and bring it in for the class to share with a list of the ingredients. So I was wondering: What is something easy to make that I should bring in? I was thinking of bringing in brownies with some other ingredients in order to call it 'mexican'.

You can make salsa...http://allrecipes.com/Video/237/How-to-Make-Salsa/Detail.aspx
does it have to be homemade? If it can be store brought, you can also bring in tortilla chips with the salsa..

It has to be homemade. Thanks for the idea and recipe. I might just go with that. :D

I had a similar project once. They said no chips and salsa allowed because most everyone would bring that. You could make a quick black bean dip by mashing some beans, and adding some chopped jalapenos, olive oil, and vinegar.
