Hun, let me break this to you: He doesn't like you, it was never going to happen, and it ain't gonna happen. If he's already rejected you two times, AND he's avoiding you now, that shows that he doesn't like you in that way. And, I'm assuming, you've probably made him uncomfortable with your persistence. It's time to pick yourself up and move on, because you'll never get anywhere with him. Admit to yourself that it's not going to happen, and move on with your life. Find someone else, or even better, try focusing on friends and not worrying about trying to find a boyfriend.
