I'm not a girl but I thought I would say what I think anyway.
The only women to sleep with you for your penis size are not the sort of woman anyone should date.
And if it is so tiny that you can't pleasure a woman with, (I have no idea how small it would have to be, but I think really very small) then you could always find alternative methods, such as toys.
