So this girl i fucked everything up with, has decided shell meet me to talk avout me getting back with her, so basically this is my last chance to prove myself to her, but idk what im gonna say:/ any help?

Just tell her how you truely feel, be sincere and don't mislead her. Acknowleddge any mistakes you might have made and suggest what might be the best way of moving past this turbulent time.
