Well I think you're just curious, a lot of people get that way during puberty.
What I don't think was right though was you grabbing his balls when he was asleep, because that is an invasion of his privacy. So try to control your curiosity if the guy is asleep.
But yeah, just about everyone is open to experimentation and very curious during puberty due to the raging hormones during puberty, it's normal and fine.
Also, you're definitely not gay because you said that being in a relationship with a guy freaks you out, and ultimately your sexuality comes down to which gender you're attracted to emotionally, so since you're not emotionally attracted to guys, you're not gay.
Don't worry about anything, you're fine :)

Dating may freak you out because of all the crap you might get from your peers and society if you did that. It freaks out a lot of gay kids for that reason. If you wouldn't be interested in that , ever, then that's a different matter.
Working out if you are gay isn't as simple as liking gay porn. That may be a clue but only you know it compares to looking at girls in porn for you.
Being intellectually curious about sexuality is not the same as finding yourself regularly turned on or attracted to guys. The latter is another clue to your own sexuality.
Also, you're definitely not gay because you said that being in a relationship with a guy freaks you out, and ultimately your sexuality comes down to which gender you're attracted to emotionally, so since you're not emotionally attracted to guys, you're not gay.
This is not a true statement. If it was only about emotional attraction it would just be 'bromance'. Sexual attraction is a very important part of it, and it is entirely possible to have sex with your preferred gender(s) without even liking them (hence prostitutes and one night stands).
Don't worry about anything, you're fine
Yes you are fine OP, however your sexuality pans out. Just own your feelings. Sexuality is determined before you are born. Puberty doesn't change your sexuality, it just makes you horny. My key advice is to keep 'intellectual' curiosity (eg a bit of experimentation to try stuff out) separate from what actually turns you on and you find enjoyable. One is the question, the other is the answer.

I think a lot of guys experiencing same-sex feelings worry its going to suddenly take over your life and make them gay. It doesn't work like that.
If you genuinely like girls (i.e. get turned on by female bodies) that won't go away. What may happen is a guy who likes girls realises he also likes boys. Some of these bi guys don't feel strongly enough to put them off 'plan a' and focus on chasing girls, but others find that boys are as much - or even more - interesting.
In your case this may be something you'll only figure out as you get more experience. You may have such a tiny interest in guys you'll never be interested in doing anything about it in real life.
Hope that helps some, anyway.
