OK I know I probably had grammatical errors but I don't give 2 fucks. Now back to business. I need your guises help. I need to loose weight...a lot of weight. Any ideas tips or tricks to help me out here?

Reduce your carb intake,that means cut down on breads,potatoes and such.

1) Try to cut down on fatty food sand candy.
2) do a lot of Excersize. Try to do as much running as possible
3) eat healthy proteins and get vitamin c

On top of what the others said, try to avoid a big meals in general. Have snacks in between meals so you eat less at a time. It keeps your metabolism up, and gives your body less to metabolize at a time. If cutting back on carbs (potatoes, rice, pasta, etc.) is difficult for you, try replacing them with multi grain carbs. Red potatoes, brown rice (I think), wheat bread, stuff like that. Also, if you're a big ice cream fan like me, frozen yogurt is a good idea. Tastes exactly like ice cream, except it's good for you.
