Well firstly theres no up to date in puberty. You are just a slow develper. Or you could be a bit late.

really like MichaelE said theres up to date or anything like that. Some develop fast and some slow. just means youre a late bloomer is all nothing to it. You dont need to worry about the size of it until youre finished growing at age 18-23

If you're fully developed, you're a little on the small side. But my guess is that you aren't. It's better to know when you started puberty and how many changes you've seen recently than your age.

But we're never going to be able to perfectly predict what's going to happen. Everyone else is right -- just be patient, be happy that you're on the right track, and enjoy the ride. :)
