No, masturbation does not cause testicle shrinkage. And the penis does not experience 'growing pains'. You do ask alot of basic questions for an 18 y/o (which is fine, we're glad to help!), but I'd bet you see a doc pretty regularly, why don't you talk with him about your anxieties?

No, they most likely do not. The testes don't even store the sperm - they make it. All sperm is stored in the epididymis (soft thing attached to the testicle). And even more so, sperm doesn't make up a large percentage of what actually comes out.
I'd say no, and even if that does happen, it wouldn't be enough to really notice a difference. You may have a wet dream before you notice anything of the sort :P

To add on more technical stuff to what Storm just said, sperm comes from haploid cells that divided from "normal" cells along the walls of the testes (The testes themselves are much like your intestines on the inside. More wall area = More haploid cells can be made).
And, of course, these smaller cells won't cause any noticeable difference unless you can zoom your eyes to a mere micron @

(P.S. lol Imagine that; seeing the individual sperm cells fly from the urethra only to be crushed in some tissue XD)

No, it is different for everyone. It doesnt matter what the size is, as long as they produce sperm. As you go through puberty they will get larger, although It doesnt really matter...
