Is that soft or hard? :/

I can't imagine, at 18, that your penis would be growing fast enough (or at all) for it to cause pain.

No, growth does not cause any pain. Are you having any pain or are you just wondering?

Also, growth is something that happens slowly over many years up into your 20s.

Please answer these questions for us:

1. Is this internal or external pain? That is, is it on the skin or "under" the skin?
2. What kind of pain is it?
3. How long have you been having it?
4. Has anything happened to cause this pain? Any changes or things you've done to or with your penis?
5. How constant is the pain, and does anything lessen it/make it worse?

If this doesn't start going away, or gets worse, you need to see your doctor. I know it may be a little scary, but that's what he or she is there for. It's most likely nothing, but with any pain like this, you should see your doctor. My guess - you tore a tissue or a small muscle in your penis a bit and moving it a certain way stings; pulling it corrects this.

Your doctor probably will just tell you the same thing if you go in, now. But if it gets worse or doesn't go away, make sure to tell him that. If it gets worse to the point where you're flinching at the pain, go in immediately.

Again, probably nothing big, but also no reason to fool around with it. But above all, don't lose sleep!

Hope that helps. :)
