Too tight...

Not sure if this is the right section or not so apologies if it isn't.

So, me and my girlfriend have decided to make the step and have sex in the near future, but we're both virgins and she is quite worried as she is very tight and I am rather well endowed.
So I thought I'd ask a few things:

Is it going to hurt for her (and/or me) the first time?
If so, what can we do to reduce or prevent the pain?

Few tips which should help, hopefully :P

Apologies for the bluntness but I don't know how else to say it....

Ensure there is enough foreplay down there so that she is... wet.

Regardless of whether your using other alternative methods of contraception, use a condom. The lube of it may help!

When your finally ready to get going, be very gentle and very slow. Don't immediately put it all in at first, edge your way in ever so carefully so that you don't hurt her.

Other than taking time, there's nothing else you can really do for pain. It's going to hurt her at first and depending how tight she really is and how, 'well endowed', you are will depend if it continues to hurt say, after the first 10 mins (If your lucky to last that long ;) ) or maybe like, the first 3-5 times you have sex.

Don't forget to make sure she's ok! Be sweet, be safe, have fun :)

Yes make sure she's wet and/or use lube if needed.

It will hurt the first couple of times but nothing major. After all, the cervix dilates and expands large enough for a baby to come out. So a large penis isn't a huge worry.

I had this problem with my ex the first time. She was kind of petite, and i'm pretty well equipped. Anyway it was quite painful for her the first few times. Just use lube, go slow. There are certain positions that can relieve pain and give her a little more control, but I won't detail them here. Good luck.

use lots of lube....
take it easy dont just shove it right in
it shouldnt hurt you.... all you will feel is the pressure of her tightness
just stay as relaxed as possible
make sure you guys are 100% ready because virginity cant be taken back once its lost.

Thankyou all for the great replies. We tried the stuff recommended but she was just in too much pain to carry on longer than 10 seconds so we're going to wait a while longer.

i recommend to do what me and my girlfriend did, for the first time i only put my penis in just a little bit, the next time a bit more and after about four times we were eventually able to have sex
