When me and my friends sleep over we usually strip down to boxers or naked. Sometimes i get boners seeing them naked. What will my friends think of me when i get a boner like that?

Well sadly most guys would probably make fun of you, but really that's normal for someone to get a boner while seeing others naked, especially during puberty with all the hormones raging.
If they're good friends to you, and not assholes, then they won't say much if anything about it, if they do, don't pay attention to it.
Getting boners frequently is a normal part of puberty for a teenage boy, and i'm sure they get frequent boners too, if they're still in puberty also, it's one of those things that's difficult to control.

Unfortunately the majority of straight (or claiming to be so) boys are assholes when it comes to this kind of thing, so chances are if they were to see you like that then they'd take the piss. However, that said, they might also just feel uncomfortable because as far as I know it's not a common thing for boys at sleepovers and whatnot to get completely naked when they're not changing.

Aside from that you should know that it's perfectly normal to get erections when you're in situations like that. Even if you were alone it would be a normal occurrence, during puberty your body will do all kinds of crazy shit like that - random erections being one of the more annoying.

Once in a while, me too after a morning practice, but as soon as I feel it start, I make the water colder and finish as fast as possible. I've seen a few guys get semi erect or bigger than flaccid, but have never seen anyone with a hard on.

I heard abt a guy that did get one tho and he was instantly labeled as gay. That happened over a year ago, but they still call him gay or fag. So getting hard in the shower or anY part of the locker room is social suicide.

I hope it's not like that in Oslo.

i really think that this is wrong mainly because its bullying and hurtful. but true friends and non assholes seriously wont do it because its part of life and it happens to everyone
