So lately i cant go to sleep. Aabout a year ago i been growing strong urges and feeling like im gonna burst. Myy anger and hatred for people grows rapidly. I have violent thoughts and threaten people. I always have to hit something or just hold it in. I try to hold to hold my feelings in but that just makes me take it out on friends and family. I have animal type of urges like to hiss or growl. Like demmonic horror movies wen they move fast wierd like i get those urges. I seem to always be angry. I don't feel normal i dont act normal. I try to avoid gettingin fights beccuz i feel if i start i wont stop.(kill or severly hurt) my close friends know about this and they say im a sociopath. Sorry this is so long but please help and tell me what u think.
