what sort of razor do you use

so, in the next couple months, i know that i will have to shave for the first time :eek: and i know that my dad will teach me and all of that stuff. But i am wondering, what sort of razor do you shave with? A disposable cartridge one, electric one, or the old school cut throat razor? or something else?

I have an electric shavor, it's a bit overkill as I don't get much facial hair but it will be good for the future.

You can get cheap ones right up to $500 ones. I'd recommend against cheap ones.

I have an electric but also disposable. I use the Gillete Fusion ProGlide most of the time. Best razor i've ever used. Very smooth.

I have both. But I think my schick quatro tianium is best is smooth and get a close shave.

I started out with an electric razor but that quickly wasn't powerful enough to remove all of the hair and it just looked dirty. Then I switched to a disposable and I've been using them for a few years, it does the job and it a hell of a lot cheaper than 'proper' razors.

I have a Gillette fusion one that I'll use, but I hate doing it by hand, I have an electric one that's much better. It's a Braun 790cc, it's amazing!

I started out with disposable razors, but I found that they just didn't do the trick. Most, even the more expensive disposable ones, I find just aren't worth it. So I switched over to the Gillette Fusion ProGlide. It is far better than any disposable razor out there. It comes with I believe 3-4 razor heads and you just switch them off and throw me away once you've been using them for a little while.

However, maybe 2 years ago I switched over to an electric razor. And let me tell you, it is literally the best decision I have ever made when it came to shaving. It works a hell of a lot better for me because my facial hair is very thick and very coarse. I know some people have issues with it because some think you can't get a close shave with an electric razor, but I have always been able to, even with thick, coarse facial hair like I have.
