Firstly, make sure you read the instructions that came with it to check your technique is right, if you've had the maximum dosage and are still having problems I would recommend seeking professional medical assistance as appropriate. -It could have simply ran out actually. How long you had it? If it has ran out you will need it replacing sooner rather than later.
