Help! Asked to a dance

So i was just asked to a high school dance by a girl that hasnt even talked to me in over a year! I dont know what to do! Help?!?!?!

If you want to go with her say yes. If you don't want to go with her tell her that she hasn't even talked to you in over a year and you don't think it would be a good idea to go together, so you'd rather not go with her. In all honesty, it's not as difficult as you're trying to make it. I wish you the best of luck in whatever you do though.

If you would not like to go with her you should most likely say no

Seriously though if you are concerned with how to say no politely, just say you a had already planned to go with friends, or something along those lines. Or you could take the even more honest route and say, "Hey you haven't talked to me in over a year we can be friends and get to know each other but I'm not going to go to this dance with you." If that sounded to harsh it wasn't intentional, just something along those lines. Trust me, if being asked to a dance is your biggest problem you are set.
