I'm worried because every time I j/off my left ball starts to hurt and when I try and feel it it hurts even more. Like I've been kicked in the balls kind of pain.

Have you had any impact to your testicle recently? If not, this is the sort of thing you should see your doctor about. But if the impact was significant, there may be some bruising that is causing pain when they are jostled around.

Yeah true, you most likely had something hit your testicles at some point, weather you knew about it or not. It's most likely to be somebruising or just generally painful after being hit. Leave it for a week or two and if nothing has change it will be best to see a doctor.

Something like this happened to me (felt like I'd been sacked) and lasted for three days. It sucked since I was at an amusement park and HURT LIKE HELL to go on the rides. Anyways, I was there overnight with a friend, so I didn't masturbate for those three days. That might be why the pain went away so fast for me.
