However, as you're going through puberty your hormones can change the way you feel and the way you think, so you might find over time that you're actually straight/gay or when your hormones calm down you might feel the same way. At this stage it can be difficult for some people to know what they identify as, if anything, give it time and it should become more clear.

Yep, there are an awful lot of posters here who are understandably worried about choosing a label because of all the crap society wants to attach to it. Ironically you are just choosing another label ("curious") that is so vague it doesn't really help anyway.

Puberty and hormones increase sex drive and lower inhibitions BUT they do not affect your sexual orientation, which has been scientifically shown to be fixed before birth. As further proof that sexual identity isn't simply a matter of puberty making you feel stuff, studies (http://homepage.univie.ac.at/Michael.Berger/lit/McClintock.pdf)show sexual identity can frequently be identified at an average age of 10 and before any sexual development associated with puberty.

All guys are going to want to know what their orientation is so all us start out as 'curious'. Don't confuse being intellectually curious about your orientation with genuine feelings of same-sex attraction. A lot of what gets said about this topic is bro-science or religious wishful-thinking that suggests every guy who has same-sex attraction can expect it to go away. This clearly isn't true. What is more accurate is to say that most guys are straight, and a lot of straight guys are open minded enough to think about this and even experiment if they are horny enough but have no actual same-sex attraction and it turns out they don't like it.

It doesn't matter what society says you should like: if you let it matter then it will just screw you up. What you feel is a vital part of what makes you 'you'. Enjoy what you enjoy, and don't listen to haters.
