This morning my gf of 6 months finished with me, and its the hardest thing ive ever had to go through. Ive been sat crying in bed most of the day because idk what to do with myself. I cant move on, what should i do to get her back?? :(

Nothing. You have to move on and focus on you.
Think of it like this;
If she wanted to be with you or stay with you, she would have.
Don't become that ex that's obsessed with their ex becoming their's. That'll only make things worse and she'll resent and fear you and probably begin to hate you.

You can try talking to her, telling how you feel... And move on if she really doesn't want you anymore. Free Fall is right, I'm sorry, I know how you feel, I got my heart broken recently and I'm still not ok :(

You can first try talking to her too make sure that you fully understand all of the reasons that the break up occurred. Maybe it was a large misunderstanding or something along those lines, something that may be fixed without any crazy efforts. That's the ideal situation but in reality is almost impossible.
If her reason for the break up was that she no longer feels the same about you that you feel about her, then you need to take time to focus on yourself. It would probably be best to distance yourself from your ex until you feel fully over her and ready to pursue a friendship and have a different love interest. I know this is the worst part and it hurts a lot, but I promise you we all have gone through heart wrenching break ups, and time heals almost all wounds.
Best of luck with the tough situation.
