Okay so I started talking to this girl on facebook and she goes to a school near me, how do I get futher? e.g meeting up atleast

Be honest, It's better to just be blunt. Just come out and say that you want to go to the movies or something. If you both like eachother I'm sure it'll be fine. Just make sure this girl isn't a 65 year old man.

No.. I know who she is etc but just how should I move forward slowly?
Like.. I've started talking on fb but what next?
Idk if I really wanna go out though, just get to know her.

Keep talking to her, get her number eventaully and text her. Maybe call her sometimes, find out where it's going to go. Then maybe whatever else.

Well you say you don't really want to start going out with her. So I would say you should perhaps start speaking to her in person, like at your school. Maybe find a common topic you guys like to talk about or maybe ask her on Facebook if you'd like to meet up at school and chat or if you want to hang out sometime.

I know its not easy. However if you don't ask, you'll never know....

I'd suggest taking it slow and once it gets going you'll know if you want to take it forward and possibly ask her out. But get to know her first.
