Facial Hair

I hope this fits here...
I am confused... I do shave every so often and can grow a short stubble, mustache, and side burns. I shaved all off but my chin scruff... Im confused on is I have all this hair on the sides and front of my face but none on the lower side of my chin or neck at all. I mean my bro and dad do alot! They both had full beards... Me Im just confused, could it be genetics or just something just different?

I think it has something to do with puberty, obviously right? :P
Well during puberty, not everything is in order, different things develop at different times during puberty, this includes body and facial hair.
So that's why you don't have any hair on your chin or neck yet, you haven't progressed to that point in puberty yet.

This has to do with genetics and the fact that you aren't done going through puberty yet. Your facial hair will only continue to grow in as you get older. However, how much you end up growing and its overall thickness depends entirely on genetics. All of the guys in my family have different amounts of facial hair, with one of my brothers being able to grow a really thick beard and the other having a patchy, thin beard. I'm ended up being somewhere in the middle.
