I want to get away from the things that I know. I wanna go upstate, move in with a friend and 3 of his friends, and have fun.
Right now, I have the option of going to the local community college and live at home (saves money) or I can go up to Tallahassee and room with friends ($600/month) and have the time of my life (hopefully).

Do you guys know what your plans for college are?
Staying home or going away?
Do you know of any pros/cons of leaving or staying?

I'm going to college about thirty minutes away from where I live.
I want to leave the state completely, but I want to stay with my love until we graduate. So I'll be living on campus.

Pros of leaving:FREEDOM. OMG.
If you're into parting and shit, you can.
If not, you still can keep all your crap to yourself and live your life.
F-R-E-E-D-O-M.

Cons of leaving:
Family isn't there to help if you screw shit up.

Pros of Staying:Free EVERYTHING.
Don't have to pay for doing laundry.
Don't have to pay to live somewhere.
Don't have to have a job.
Don't have to pay for food.
Well, at least if your family is cool.

Cons:Niggahs be all up IN YO SHIT.
Yeah, I'm not gangster, but seriously, that crap gets old.

Already in college. First year.

I'm staying at college, but I'm fairly close to home.

Cons: For me at least....the food

Pros: Freedom, as Lou already said.
