If you do something twice, it can no longer really be considered 'experimentation'. The experiment is over, the curiosity is satisfied. You're doing it because you enjoy it.

No it isn't okay to have anal sex with your friend, that's already in the boyfriends area. Oral is usually only for fun, but anal is stepping over the line if you don't have a romantical relationship with him. Wont even bother to mention the law here.
