I'm sorry, I don't know where to put this... But I thought maybe this be the best place as other may add to it with their thoughts.

So at the age of 18, I'm looking at these forums and the younger people I know with some sort of amusement.... For a while, I got bored of these forums because it's the same old questions... 'Am I gay?', 'Is this normal.....', 'How do I ask M/F out?'.... and now, I find it almost funny that I was like that myself because now I understand it all. I know who I am, I know my sexuality, I know what I like, I know what sex is, I know it's all natural and I suppose the funny part of it is: I could go up to a 13 year old, grab them by their shoulders and shout in their face, 'STOP WORRYING!!!! THE ANSWERS WILL COME TO YOU' but I know they wouldn't listen because I know if I was that 13 year old, I wouldn't listen either.

It's amusing and irritating at the same time because everyone is on a quest to find their identity and try and force themselves to be something and constantly crave to belong in some sort of group but in time, they'll just know. But right now, no one believes they will. It's as if they believe if they don't label themselves as either L/G/B/T now then they will never know.

I would just like to end it by saying to those who are 12 - 16 or maybe even older who are still in that same situation where they feel they don't know who they are...

Stop worrying about what you are and focus on school, friends, family and life in general. Have fun with being confused because you will miss it! I know I do.

But, I suppose you all being human won't listen ;)

So, the real ending...

Time will tell all

This isn't so much a debate, so I'm going to move it to Teen Sexuality.

ROTW  Teen Sexuality

In my opinion, this rant came off as a little condescending, although I'm sure you didn't mean to sound that way. It's very common for teenagers to question their sexuality/gender, lord knows I have several hundred times for several years. Looking at the questions people give in this forum with an air of "hahaha, you know nothing!" is not the purpose of these forums. These questions are asked because teens feel safe here to ask things that they don't feel like they can ask anyone else, and those questions are always welcome.

So while I do agree with you that teens try and haste themselves into a label, I also think it's very natural and is nothing to be ashamed about since nearly everyone goes through it. Being a teenager is confusing as fuck.

Wow.. misunderstood much.

And it was not intended to be as debate as much but if it has been moved for that reason, why on earth is it called 'Ramblings Of The Wise'?

'A place to debate and discuss your ideas'
It says "and" which means you have to debate and discuss them at the same time, not just discuss them.
