I'm so scared for her

My friend and crush (O) seems to enjoy scaring me by showing me when she self harms. Today she told me she was actually laughing while she did it. I want to help her so badley but her parents litterally isolate her from everyone. She doesn't have a cell phone or a house phone and is barely ever online. Another of her close friends (M) and I were talking and we were planning on kidnaping her. M and I live within walking distance of each other so we were planning how we could get O out of there. I tried burning a cd for her that has a list of songs M and I came up with but I don't know if it will help. I don't want to tell any adults because O is really unstable and anything might tip her over the edge. M agrees that we as her friends should see what we can do first. What can we do to help O? She's such an amazing person and it kills us to see bad things happen to her.

The first thing I want to say is do NOT kidnap her. That's just dumb and will end very badly. Frankly, it's illegal and law enforcement would get involved. Now, as to what you can do, be there for her in whatever way you can. Do your best to talk to her when you can and hang out with her when you can. As for telling adults... Sometimes, they're the ones who can help more than you. If you don't want to tell an adult, obviously you won't. But, I think that if you really want to help her, it might be the best thing to do.

I don't think M was serious about the kidnaping thing but if it gets worse we might. as for telling an adult, it's not that i don't think I should... I just don't trust anyone. In my situation telling an adult actually made everything worse. I don't want that happening to O.

dont kidnap her that is not going help anyone and will just cause more stress for her and urselves.. my advice would be just reach out to someone anyone that can help telling an adult may make things worse for a while but not telling someone will only turn out worse... trust me from personal experience iv seen that telling someone will always work out for the better.. talk to her as much as u can and just keep letting her know she is not alone and that u r here for her,

I try. I talk to her everytime I see her. Im my case telling an adult just made things worse and that was years ago and nothings gotten better.

I think I got through to her. My other friend E and i were arguing about a band i like on my facebook status and this is what O posted.
"oh and [E], not only did Blood On The Dance Floor save my life, but so did Jodie. She's helped me more than I've shown her...Since she and I started talking she was there for me. Music can save lives, maybe not to you, but to people everywhere it does. my saviours are music, and my best friends that have been there fo rme no matter how bad it got."
I swear I started crying.

Yeah it is. I burned "You are the Heart" on a cd and gave it to her. I just hope she's actually ok this time. Before she said she was ok and relapsed a week later.
