What do you want help with? A simple google search for anything you have questions about will bring up the answer.

I'm on Windows 8, it's okay but it's not great. Confusing at first. It's pretty fast though.

Ah, I really hate that windows 8 metro ui.

Why? It takes a bit to get used to, but really innovative in a way. Microsoft did a good job with this. Although, the MS Surface tablet has ads in some of the pre-installed apps

I tried windows 8 at wallmart the other day I LOVE IT! Although I will install Ubuntu alongside it so I can do what win 8 won't let me do.

I just got windows 8 today. I quite like the new UI, but some of the most basic functions are now very complex.

It's really bad. They tried too hard with the "metro" tile interface. It might work ok on a tablet but is horrible as a desktop user interface.

I don't have it yet I heard they tried to hard to make it for mobile devices but I may be wrong. So ya Google is your best bet.

I'm really not a fan of windows...windows 8 shows me why. I actually liked 7 :D

With tablets it works fine and it shouldn't take long the get used to but as a regular laptop/desktop OS, no way. It's just too radically different, I'm sticking with Windows 7. But sooner or later we'll all convert to these touch screen UIs

Its gonna be hard to get used to, because we're all acostumed to 7. Its actually really cool as soon as u get the hang of it :D

My dad got me it for my desktop. Holy crap do I hate it. It's sooo confusing, even for me. I made the switch this summer to my macbook and I'll never go back, however, I wish I never switched from windows 7, much easier to use and windows 8 looks soooo bland and plain. No more rounded edges or glistening lights on status bars. idk windows 8 just looks so cheap, I'm an osx fan now..

So I have been using Windows 8 for about 3 days now, my overall evaluation is that its really good, fast and reliable.
One of the things I like is that it meters how much bandwidth you use - http://speedcap.net/sharing/1704/f599e46ad6f294949b366ad14909fff6.png

It took me a few hours to find the basics of it - i ended up going to youtube and looking up reviews and stuff and I found out things like
- You have to bring your mouse to the bottom left corner to bring up the metro menu
- Bring your mouse to the bottom left corner and bring it up the side (If you get me) to see what metro apps you have open
- Bring your mouse to the bottom right to see some options Including 1)Settings 2) Start (Metro menu) 3)And the search function

That's all from me!

Windows 8 is very nice, I like it a whole lot better than windows 7. I may primarily use mac, but I still like windows 8 a lot. It is very clean and nice.
I still think they should have left the physical start button on the desktop just as a way to access it.

Windows 8 takes a while to get used to but once you find your way around it and get used to the new features its AWESOME :D

I love the new windows 8 interface, you can also just ignore it and go into dekstop mode too. then use the metro as a start menu. but i'm going to stick with ubuntu for a while longer. :)

I hate how it looks like their phones - Apple have it just right - there's continuity between iOS and OS X but they are made for different types of hardware - Windows 8 is clever if you have a tablet/computer in 1 but for just a computer seems silly as it's just the phone software but bigger.

oh god ano! the start menu is like the x-box dashboard innit. it's horrible. if i were u id ditch it and get windows 7 - windows 8 just isnt worth the bother with the interface being so unusable.

I agree, I'm usually really good with operating computers, but Windows 8 is another thing altogether. I think the layout of it is ok, but it is extremly hard to find any programs that you want to juse

I almost feel like it didn't take 3 years for them to make. It's not that much different from Windows 7, but, in the same regard, it is SO much more different. Things that used to take a few clicks now take a few more. I installed Windows 8 at school, bad idea, and was left with struggling through it the rest of the day. So frustrating.

I think the thing that gets me the most is when you hover over the bottom left where the Start should be, I box appears that says "Start" with the tiles. Um, JUST LEAVE IT THERE.
