ok so i need to lose a little weight and bring in some more muscle. im in full swing of puberty so now is the best time to start!
i have to admit for playing hockey im not in the best shape :(
im in eight grade weigh in around 150 and im chubby :( i want to have a 6 pack before 9th grade. also i need a good diet and a good exercise routine and a good balanced diet please help!

First things first train for the following:

1) Strength,

2) Health,

3)Vitailty/Vigor

4) Longivity

eat right get the right amount of exrecise and you'll get you're results you won't,but don't let a set of muscles be the be all end off of goals.

As to a training system here you go:

you'll want to scroll down to the "The Bosco System of Progressive Physical Training"

and start with that training method and once you have gotten every thing out of it you can by that I mean you are at an advanced level then start using the "Muscle Moulding" course

Look up cheer workouts. It sounds gay, but dude, that crap is intense.

I did a "military grade" routine that requires only a couch. Its designed to give you ripped abs. I just used it to tone my abs, however it does cause you to feel like your going to be sick. Maybe I shoulld start doing it again to get in shape. I'm horrible at sit-ups :P You can google some good military grade routines.

Well 1. Can you get to a gym and 2. you shouldn't worry about the six pack. You need to really develop your abs and bring down your bf% to around 10% before that will come in.
