Pimple from a horrorfilm

Several days ago i woke up to find a pimple on the side of me penis and was litterally so big it looked like I had a volcano sticking out from the side, when I popped it, i had to pinch it and after getting a head out which was about half the size of my fingernail it looked like there was a hole where the pimple was, anyways theres a scab there now. what shoudn't I do while I have a scab there? I already flushed it out with water after it popped to make I got all the puss out.

You really shouldn't have popped it. But, I'd refrain from putting any kind of stress on the scab until it heals over.

Yeah I know, but it was starting to hurt, and the place I stay at is like a prision, the bus only comes like once a month. >->
