For me you dont have to be in cirles when you circle jerk like walking on J manner on jaywalking.you may need to have more than 2 jerkers because 2jerkers are considered as mutual jerking. To answer your first question you can sit in a circle or you can stand. Second question, you can jack each other off but most circle jerks are you jerk yourself. Same thing with sucking each other off. You can have from 3- how ever many people you want. Thats what a circle jerk is, to see who can last the longest usually.
