Measuring ?

I have been searching how to properly measure your penis, but there are so many differnet ways.( I dont know you are allowed to ask but) what is the correct way?

Well like you said, there are so many ways, so really there is no "correct" way, since so many people measure differently, but the average size is 5-6 inches ( regardless of which way you measure ).

I prefer to measure from the side of my penis, because i've always measured it that way, and from the side i'm 6.3/6.4 inches. Sometimes though, i'll measure from the top of my penis, and i'm 5.8/5.9 inches, so whichever way you measure, it will most likely be within 1/2 an inch of any other method of penis measurement, so since they're all in the same "ball park" , it doesn't really matter which way you measure, just measure it whichever way you prefer.

I have heard that if your penis goes up while you are erect go from side. But if it is straight out, measure from top. And obviously, you measure while erect.

Technically you are supposed to measure from the base to the tip from top using a flexible measuring tape so it accomodates the bends, and you are supposed to use your most average measurement, not the largest you've ever measured, because size can change a bit with temperature/level of arousal among other factors.

As Hank Williams Jr (Bocefus, get it?) mentioned, as long as you're close its okay, because if you ask, a lot of guys will give you the biggest they have ever measured from the side plus about half an inch.

Haha, yeah that's basically how Bocefus became my name lol:P But I kinda prefer Bo :whoops:

And yeah, I agree, a lot of guys probably do measure from the side and add a 1/2 inch, probably pushi into the skin too, to give themselves another 1/2 inch,:P people will lie though, nothing you can do about that, it's on them. But yeah, I agree with everything you said Will, great post.

Basically, whichever you measure should equal to what you can use...Any part of the penis that you can penetrate with is measurable....so If your balls drop a little lower, and he shaft can enter someone to that point...count it!!!

Damn dude, I feel the same way! I know that when I measure from the side of my penis that it's an accurate measure, because from sexual experience, I know that the whole side of my penis can penetrate too. So yeah, great point man, I feel the same way:)

from the tip of the head to the base of the penis but make sure that the ruler or whatever you use is either on the right or left of your penis because if you do it on top of or underneath you do not get the true size.
