i dont think its weird either. i think all guys like to see what other guys look like, just for comparison, and if a guy is only wearing underpants you can see what most of his body looks like, where he has hair, if he has muscles, stuff like that. if he's wearing tight underwear you can make out his dick and balls or if he's wearing white boxers you usually can partially see his dick and pubes through the cloth.
