Latly I have noticed changes in myself that websites don't talk about. I don't have as much energy I'm always horny. And I'm not as flexible as a was a year ago. Trust me I know I do gymnastics. I want to know if this is normal.

Now that you mention it, I think that's happening to me, but I didn't notice it because I'm not a gymnast...
I think that's normal, you do notice little kids tend to be more bouncy than teens.

Not all of those problems could be related to puberty. You might feel like you have less energy than you used to because most teens don't get the recommended amout of sleep. I never fails to amaze me how much a good night's sleep can change my day for the better. The flexibility problem is most likely related to the growth spurts brought on by puberty. These growth spurts take a lot of energy and could be another reason you are feeling less energetic. Now about the always horny, that's just part of puberty man. Everything I've read about being so hormonal has pretty much said enjoy it while it lasts, because you'll miss it when your old. Hoped this helped!

I notice a lot of thing websites don't mention, but website probably only mention the frequently asked questions and not stuff like flexibility because it things that not a lot of people notice! It's usually just stuff that is obvious like hair, size, voice, and stuff like that.

Yeah that is normal, when boys begin to go through puberty their tendons and ligaments and muscles cannot keep up with the growth of the bones... Therefore, you become less flexible. All I can tell you to do, if you want to pursue gymnastics, is to stretch very often... Don't over extend though, because that may cause damage.

Yeah, i've noticed that too. I'm horny all the time and don't have any energy. I've been jerking off since a young age, so being horny isn't anything new, but I just feel lazy all the time. It could be puberty related because of all the hormones and shit, but i'm not completely sure.

I have noticed this happening to me as well. I think that it is pretty normal. Just make sure to work out, including stretching, and I think that is all you can do.

This is completely normal. These are all classic signs of puberty. You're energy will be lessened possibly due to the bodies storing of fat. Instead of food being converted into mostly energy, it will be converted into fat for your body to grow in all areas. Plus lack of energy could mean also that you are going through a key stage in puberty or that you are about too.
Overall dude your normal.

Your bones are becoming thicker and more close to each other. Like how when infants have a lot more bones than adults. I think it's normal. If you want, go see a doctor. It may also be just lack of exercise.
Being always horny is Normal.

Your fine buddy, your body is using its more energy to help you grow. Your flexibility is definitely a sign of growth, being horny? Dude... Try finding a teenage guy that isn't!

I'm a dancer, and I am definitely not as flexible as I was. I used to be able to do both splits, but now I'm about a foot away on both sides.

yeah dude you are completely normal, every teen guy is hornt, and we arent gonna be as bouncy as we were when we were kids... especially early in puberty, our bodies are growing/changing faster than they have at anytime except when we were inside our moms, and its just natural that we lose flexibility because guys get bigger and stronger.

It's normal! You fell tired because you're growing and teens need more sleep (its proven!). All guys are horny and bone grows faster than muscle, so you're bound to be less flexible!

As you get older some parts of your body can't cope with the same strain as before so this is probably why you can't bend as much any more

Boy that sounds like me big time....I figured it was just hormones, etc, but I can't get enough, and I'm wore out all the time. I hadn't noticed the tightness, but I know that as I grow, I can't move around like I did a few years ago. I guess there's always a price to pay for sex.
