All my friends say I do....
I count calories
I fast every time I can
I work out
I only eat 900 calories if possible
and apparently I hold my stomach when food is mentioned.
Also if I binge during a fast, or go over my daily amount I get very sad and cut. Or I clean my room.
In all honesty I think I am fine, a bunch of girls and boys do that kind of stuff. Like I know so many who watch their weight.
I am 5' 6" and weigh 127

Well, I would say if you don't have one, you're developing one. You're showing pretty much all of the 'classic ed symptoms'. Maybe individually, each of the 'symptoms' you mentioned is normal, but when you put them together, then yeah I'd say you have an eating disorder.

There's watching your weight, eating right and exercising, then there's starving, binging, and shame, which come hand and hand with eating disorders.
No one on the Internet can tell you whether you definitely do, or definitely don't. You have to go to a professional to find out, so they can ask they right questions.
You sound likely to have one, or high risk of developing one. Eating disorders aren't just doing these things, it's being compelled, your mind forcing you to do these things that make it an eating disorder. You weight has nothing to do with it (unless of course, anorexia nervosa).
Even if it turns out you do not have an eating disorder, you could still benefit from talking to professionals, because it's very evident you have low self-esteem, and body image issues, possibly control ones too as a lot of eating disorders develop from those too.
But hey, I'm not a doctor. It's best to go talk to one, ASAP.

Again, common symptoms of an ED. The chills are common due to the decrease in weight/food consumption & your body has to use the energy normally used to keep you warm for other vital things. So it depends, if your condition always gave you the chills and/or difficulty walking, then maybe it's not 100% ED related. And as for the pills, I really, really urge you not to take them. They are honest to god not making you any skinnier, just sicker and closer to death. Abuse or not, they're honestly really not good for you. I strongly urge you to seek some kind of help, sooner rather than later. A fully developed eating disorder is way harder to treat than an 'undeveloped' one. You're at a good weight for your height, and regardless of what you think, you are gorgeous and you don't deserve this. If you ever need someone to talk to, feel free to shoot me a PM. Stay strong. <3

As Val said, you either have an ED, or are developing one. Food and weight essentially rule your life. I'd urge you to get help ASAP, because you're already at a good (read: thin yet healthy) weight. If you want to look smaller, building muscle is the way to go.
Also, you are never too big to need help.

Well, the 5'6 and 127lbs gives you a BMI around 20. Normal weight is 18.5 - 24.9, so you're well closer to being underweight. However, maybe what you want to do is tone some muscles. Gets rid of some fat, and gives you muscles.
You are small enough to need help now. You don't have to be 90lbs to get help from an eating disorder. It only makes it harder to recover, and harms you more in the long run. You really don't want to get to the point where you're being tube fed and in treatment centers. It seems like from your first post you have friends who really care about you and want the best for you. We ll do

I want to be 90lbs. I would rather be dead than fat.

Which is why you should seek help ASAP.
Not when you feel sick.
Not when you're freezing cold 24/7.
Not when your hair starts falling out.
Not when you weight plummets.
Not when you pass out from exhaustion.
Not when you period stops (if you have it)
A.S.A.P.
You want to avoid those things.
The longer you wait, the wose these things ^ get, and the harder it will be to get into healthy habits.

The fact that you are saying this shows that you definitely have an eating-disordered mind. Please, before this kills you, get some help. It's okay to want to lose a little weight, especially in a world where catwalk models, celebrities and almost all successful women are underweight or very nearly so. However, this thought, this wish to be 90 pounds... you aren't fat, and you need to learn how to love yourself. Stay strong, beautiful.

Then do it the healthy way. The safe way. That won't cause any of the symptoms I listed before.
The healthy way will get the weight off and keep it off.
This way might get it off, and it will keep going until you're too underweight for your body to function, or it won't come off at all, and it can even make you gain.
If you're convinced this is how to lose weight, then you need to do some research, talk to some doctors, nutritionists etc. They can help give you a very realistic and achievable plan, and you don't have to hurt yourself in the process.

The severity of an eating disorder isn't determined by your weight or size. It's a mental illness, not a physical one. If your mental/psycological state is bad enough and the behaviours are there on a daily basis to the point where they interfere with your life, I think it's safe to say you have a pretty serious condition.
Like the others have said, we can't tell you if you do or don't have an eating disorder. We can't diagnose you, but most of us have had experience with this, and we know what it's like and how you tell yourself that it's not serious, that you'll stop when you reach that weight. But we all know that it's not that simple.
Even if you don't have an eating disorder to the point where it can be diagnosed, you definitely have the tendencies and the mental state of someone with an ED, and that alone should tell you that you really need some help before it gets worse and you get stuck.
People in this forum know what this feels like, we're all here to help, and you wouldn't have posted here if you didn't want some kind of help, or if you didn't think that something was wrong.
