I'm that age and mine is 4 and a half. Different people grow differently. I used to think I was small.

I started puberty early, so I noticed penis growth around either 11-12 or 12-13 years old, i've noticed big growth this year, as my length has gone from 5.5 inches to now 6.3 inches. Everyone is different and grows at their own pace, I think you're just a late bloomer, you'll grow eventually dude, don't worry :)

Yeah, everyone grows at different times, don't worry about it. I was 3 inches at 13 and started growing around your age, now I am over 8 inches hard. Don't worry about it. You will grow. ;)

Mine is only a little over 4". I started puberty somewhat early, such as at age 11, and mine still hasn't grown much. It has grown from being like 2" at 12 to 4" at 13. It like stopped growing since then. maybe it'll start up again soon ;) lol. Don't worry though, It'll grow eventually.

I finally noticed getting mine significantly larger when I was around late 14 and early 15... But don't worry, I have no doubt in my mind that you will eventually get to the average which is 5.5 inches...
