"Every time I see him I get this feeling in my stomach,sweat and trouble breathing and I feel like crying
I also think about him constantly and when I do I have trouble breathing
What the hell is wrong with me?"
He came to me for advice but I had no idea what to say,so I kinda thought I could ask here,what do you guys think?

In all honesty, it sounds like something anxiety related. If he's really physically having trouble breathing--which anxiety can cause--then I would definitely advise him to see at least a family doctor, if not a psychiatrist to see what they can do about the anxiety. My friend has severe anxiety, and they put him on medicine for it which helped a lot. If it weren't for the trouble breathing part, it wouldn't be as bad, but when you throw that in... Well, anxiety can get pretty serious if it's that bad.

He's already on meds for that and he says this is different
I've been thinking a little on it and I think I have a theory,could it be love?what do you guys think?

It does sound like love! Unless he has a past with him or something else has happened between them that might make him anxious or upset.
