sick!

I have tonsillitis, bronchitis, and reactive airway disease. I also have really severe asthma. Which had been flaring up really badly.
I can't take my inhaler (painful) nor can i swallow the horse pills my doctor gave me.
i sing, and i am concerned the illness will wreck my voice. Reasonable fear? Any tips?
