I live in Australia, and I finish this school year in exactly two weeks as of tomorrow (plus exam week).
And so, I have this idea to kind of just come out in general. Tell my friends that don't know, let anyone that over hears, hear it, if someone wants to ask then I'll confess sort of thing. Not a whole "LOOK AT ME LOOK AT ME", just you know. Put it in the open.
I don't know what I'd identify as because I don't want to identify as anything, I guess I'll just say 'I'm queer and I want to date girls', and they can take it as they want.
Then bam, summer holidays. Let it spread as much as it will (if it does, I'm not exactly popular  ), and let it die down, and then I go into my final year with nothing to hide. :D
The only 'major' problem (not stupid sexual or small homphobic remarks) I can see is with my sister, she'll find out, and I don't really have a problem with her knowing, of course she'll have to know, she's not homophobic or anything, I just don't like the idea of her knowing. Sibling rivalry I guess. :P
So, yeah. Sound like a plan? I know bad things can happen, but I'm pretty confident in my sexuality now and I'm also trusting of my friends. Anyone else that has a problem with it, isn't my problem, and if they try to make it my problem, I'll dob on them. :P My school doesn't have a problem with homophobia.
