And I love a 22 year old girl that will never love me back because the age difference, she already has a boyfriend and she is way to beautiful to love me back. How could she love a 15 year old spotty teenager?. I think about her all the time I what to spend the rest of my life with her. My heart is telling me to tell her but my gut is telling me to not to tell her because it will mess up are friendship, also she is are lodger

Do not tell her, you are a teenager, she is a young woman and she is in a relationship, you are buzziing with hormones which make you have a crush pretty often (it happened to me several times). It would probably ruin your friendship which you do not want.

This. Plus the fact that she is actually a lodger somewhat means that there's a boundary and if you do anything, you'll cross that. It's best to find someone else, or get over her in another way.
